A koi pond and gated garden mark the entrance at the top level, with steps descending to a wide frangipani-lined courtyard. The open-plan kitchen and 12-seater teakwood dining room sit here, alongside a living pavilion with cathedral ceilings, fold-away glass doors, and plush sofas that open directly onto the pool terrace. At one end, an antique table for eight. At the other, a card and games table. The beach sala steps straight onto the sand.

Five ensuite bedrooms, all with sea, pool, or garden views. Bathrooms have custom sunken or freestanding bathtubs, indoor and outdoor showers, and double vanities. Teakwood furniture, silk upholstery, and richly coloured soft furnishings throughout. Flat-screen TVs and safes in every room. One of the quieter arguments on the estate is which bedroom is best — the master bedroom, with its large bathtub and sea view, tends to win.

A gated entrance to each villa reveals the stunning ocean views while steps lead down to the ground level where living, dining and bedroom pavilions are set around an 18m infinity pool bordered by a wooden sun deck with loungers and sun umbrellas.

SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
Five ensuite bedrooms on two levels, all different enough to spark a conversation about who gets which one. All bedrooms feature its own TV and safe. The master bedroom wins on points: king bed, sunken bathtub, private terrace, ocean views. The others have walk-in showers — some indoor, some out — with pool or garden views. One bedroom offers the option of converting twin beds to a king bed.

The estate’s shared gym is well-equipped enough to keep any training routine on track. For everything that comes after, the communal sauna is a short walk away.

The villa team can arrange experienced massage and beauty therapists to visit — whether that's a massage in the beach sala or a facial in the privacy of your room. Available on request at an additional charge.
YOGA
A beachfront sala and open lawn make for a hard-to-fault yoga setting. Experienced instructors can be arranged on request — at an additional charge, though the view comes free.
SAUNA
The estate's shared sauna sits just steps from the villa. Good for tired muscles, better for the mind, and an excellent reason to get out of the pool.
KAYAKING
Single and double kayaks are provided for guests to explore Lipa Noi’s reef and coastline at their own pace. The beach is quiet, the water is clear, and nobody’s keeping track of the time.
CAR & DRIVER
Eager to explore Samui further? Take a boat trip, enjoy a night out in Chaweng, watch a Muay Thai match, or head to the Central Festival shopping mall — the villa team can arrange a car and driver in advance. Available at an additional charge.

All villas at Dhevatara Cove are of immense proportions, similar in style and rest next to each other along a private beachfront. It can be rented together, making it the perfect retreat whether you’re looking for a small family affair or weddings, corporate getaways, wellness retreats and events.
CAPACITY
The entire villa can accommodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).
LIVING AREAS
There is a living room with a long oversized sofa, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. It is conveniently located beside the dining area with a circular dining table, modern kitchen with counter top. There’s also an outdoor beach sala with BBQ facilities, dining area, and access to the beach that has daybeds and lounge area.
POOL
Measuring 18.5m x 5.3m x 1.8m Infinity pool, Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are ten sunbeds with umbrellas and two daybeds by the pool and at the master bedroom’s private balcony; Pool towels are provided.
SPA
Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. Sauna and gym/fitness facilities are shared within the estate.
DINING
The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Stay With Baan Chang
From Dhevatara Cove you’re not far from some of the island’s top natural and tourist attractions. Head into the hills for the Secret Sculpture Garden, Na Mueang Waterfalls, and sweeping views of the south coast. The coast road leads to Laem Sor Pagoda. When evening comes, Fisherman's Village and Chaweng are 35 to 40 minutes away — markets, restaurants, and the kind of night out that justifies a slow morning.
