Thanks to its great natural beauty and brilliant blue sea and sky, Koh Samui has become a favourite for couples seeking a picture-perfect tropical wedding. Add to this a choice of stunning private villas for your wedding party and the island ticks all the boxes for a dream destination in which to say, “I do!”.

The beachfront rental villas at Dhevatara Cove Estate can be reserved separately or rented together, or the entire estate as one for up to 40 staying guests, making it ideal for large weddings. 

Each villa is blessed with a stunning beachfront and wide grass lawns stretching to the sand, for those iconic ceremonies set against a backdrop of the sea or sunset. And for the wedding supper, wide poolside terraces set the stage for music, dancing and a starlit celebration.

Maximum number of guests: Villa Haineu, Baan Chang, and Baan Samlarn can each accommodate 20 to 40 guests (seating/standing combined). Dhevatara Cove Estate villas can be rented individually to hold events/weddings.

Low and Shoulder seasons: 3 nights

High seasons: 5 nights (for select wedding villas)

Peak Christmas and New Year seasons: 7-10 nights

The Fine Print for Events

  • Music Curfew for sound systems, live bands and DJs is only until 12:00 midnight.

  • Pre- or post-event functions held on the day before or after the main event are equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee.

  • Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. Note that the security deposit fee is dependent on the number of guests attending the event. This will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.

  • Fireworks are allowed only for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.

  • Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

  • We are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa (i.e. beach).
