Great for group getaways, the three fully-staffed beachfront villas each offer its own infinity pool, Jacuzzi, beach sala, private chef and a BBQ area. Shared across the estate: a gym, sauna, and kayaks. Massage and beauty therapists available on request, at additional charge. Enjoy estate-wide WiFi, home theatre, and Bose sound systems throughout. The villas can be rented individually or combined — accommodating up to 30 guests across all three.

Sea Views & Direct Beach Access
A gated private estate at the southern end of Lipa Noi bay, Dhevatara Cove offers sea-facing villas that sit directly on the beach. Picture having the beach at your doorstep, along with a tropical garden comprising palms, flowering trees and sandstone paths running down to a shared stretch of white sand. Quiet and private enough that the loudest thing most days is the ferry passing through the bay.
THE ARCHITECTURE
Built to Impress
The villas share a distinctive Thai architectural language: soaring pointed rooflines, wood-panelled cathedral ceilings, and glass doors that open living spaces directly onto pool decks and gardens. Natural materials that include teakwood, sandstone and rattan run throughout, alongside Thai antiques and local art. Similar in structure, each villa has its own character and styling. The infinity pools feature integrated Jacuzzis and in the case of Baan Haineu and Samlarn, cascading waterfalls.

A gated entrance to each villa reveals the stunning ocean views while steps lead down to the ground level where living, dining and bedroom pavilions are set around an 18m infinity pool bordered by a wooden sun deck with loungers and sun umbrellas.

SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
Five ensuite bedrooms on two levels, all different enough to spark a conversation about who gets which one. All bedrooms feature its own TV and safe. The master bedroom wins on points: king bed, sunken bathtub, private terrace, ocean views. The others have walk-in showers — some indoor, some out — with pool or garden views. One bedroom offers the option of converting twin beds to a king bed.

The estate has a shared gym and open spaces that lend themselves to yoga and fitness classes. Kayaks are provided for reef exploration, or a leisurely paddle that counts as exercise if you need it to.

FOR FAMILIES
All villas at Dhevatara Cove are of immense proportions, similar in style and rest next to each other along a private beachfront. It can be rented together, making it the perfect retreat whether you’re looking for a small family affair or weddings, corporate getaways, wellness retreats and events.
CAPACITY
Each villa can accomodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge). The entire estate can accommodate 30 guests and up to 5 additional guests allowed (extra charge).
LIVING AREAS
There is a main indoor living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The Alfresco dining area is conveniently located beside the kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor dining and beach sala with BBQ facilities and a seating areal.
POOL
Baan Samlarn: 18.6m x 5.3m x 1.8m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi, Baan Chang: 18.5m x 5.3m x 1.8m, Villa Haineu: 19m x 5.5m x 1.84m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are eleven sunbeds with umbrellas and one daybed; Pool towels are provided.
SPA
Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. Sauna and gym/fitness facilities are shared within the estate.
DINING
The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

From Dhevatara Cove you’re not far from some of the island’s top natural and tourist attractions. Head into the hills for the Secret Sculpture Garden, Na Mueang Waterfalls, and sweeping views of the south coast. The coast road leads to Laem Sor Pagoda. When evening comes, Fisherman's Village and Chaweng are 35 to 40 minutes away — markets, restaurants, and the kind of night out that justifies a slow morning.
